A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Simple answers.

Who can request an address?+

Adults with a Kishline family connection are welcome to request an address, including related spellings and family members whose current surname is different. Tell us how you connect. Requests are reviewed individually; having a particular surname does not automatically establish eligibility.

Does sending a request reserve my address?+

No. Confirming your contact email places your request in the review queue. A family reviewer checks your connection, availability, and the address format before creating anything. A backup choice helps if your first choice is already in use.

What is the difference between a mailbox and forwarding?+

A mailbox has its own storage and lets you send and receive as your family address. Forwarding sends incoming mail to your existing verified inbox; forwarding alone does not provide a separate inbox or change the address you send from.

Will I need to share my password?+

Never share an existing email password with the site or reviewer. The request form does not ask for passwords. Mailbox access is set up separately through the email provider after approval, with two-factor authentication encouraged for every mailbox.

Is there a charge?+

There is no payment step in the request form. The domain owner manages the shared email service and will confirm any terms with you before an address is issued. Submitting a request does not create a paid subscription.

What happens to the information I send?+

Unverified requests expire after 24 hours. Verified request data expires from the website’s store 30 days after verification. Only the family administrator reviews your details. Email copies and approved mailbox accounts are managed separately; see the privacy policy.

No payment or mailbox password is collected by this website.
